- Custom Designed for You: Your Photo - Your Name - Your Message - Your Design. Templates for the 32x48 large sign format can be adapted to your style. Templates are available for spot color or full process color designs. Pick out a design and we can design it for you.
- Digital Printing: For your full color process art, we use digital presses that display your design in six (not four, but six) process ink colors with unlimited color selection for accurate candidate’s rendering.
- Screen Printing: For larger quantity orders we use screen printing presses that are more cost effective – cheap roadside signs in price, but not cheap in quality.
- Wide selection of Standard Ink Colors is available. PMS color matches can be made.
- Edge to Edge Print Area: For Digital Printing, full color bleed is available at a nominal charge.
- Easy to Handle: These road signs are slightly smaller sized but cheaper than the 4x4 highway road signs – and easier to transport and erect.
- Not scored / not folded: Our 32" x 48" Coroplast signs are not scored and not folded so when erected, signs remain rigid without need of midpoint post support.
- Crisp Professional Look: Digital inks and screen print inks are both light stable - even after extended outdoor exposure.
- Durability: Plastic corrugate is weather tough – sheds rain and won’t sag in the heat and flexes in the cold.
- Extend Sign Life: Adding brass grommets (at a nominal upcharge) improves toughness and avoids high wind tear down. Three grommets along each edge are recommended.
- Further Cost Savings: As 32x48 roadside signs are not scored and not folded (which adds costs), they can be handled flat by UPS for faster delivery and for lowest bottom line price.
- Durability: Your signs are made of 4mm, white, corrugated plastic stock. The signs are lightweight, waterproof and foul weather tough to afford extended service life.
- Extend Sign Life: Adding brass grommets to corners and side edge improves sign toughness and lessens potential high wind tear down.
